Since the beginning of her career, Renee has very passionate about these areas of law and is focused on making a positive difference in the lives of individuals who come before the court.

Renee has developed extensive experience in representing a wide range of clients facing charges in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts. Renee is also highly experienced in representing both the aggrieved and respondent in domestic violence proceedings.

No matter how serious or minor the matter may be, Renee will work tirelessly to achieve the best results for her clients. Emily was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2020. Prior to working in criminal defence, she has worked for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and as an associate to a Judge of the District Court of Queensland. Emily is passionate about criminal, traffic and domestic violence law, and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients.

Since embarking on her career as a criminal defence lawyer, Emily has regularly appeared in courts across Queensland. She approaches each new challenge with enthusiasm, and performs every aspect of her job with a high level of attention to detail.

Emily firmly believes that everyone deserves high quality, effective legal representation. Regardless of how serious or minor the matter, Emily appreciates how daunting facing a criminal offence can be. She is committed to making sure her clients feel supported through every stage of the process.

She regularly appears in the Magistrates and District Courts at mentions and instructs barristers at trials and sentences in the higher courts. She undertakes tasks such as brief preparation, legal research and drafting.

Rosalie is caring and confident and takes pride in representing Hans Legal. She is currently in her final year of completing a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology. She has a strong passion for criminal law and intends to pursue a career advocating for those facing criminal charges.

Kate is passionate about the criminal law industry and working in the criminal defence field. She holds the qualification of a Diploma of Crime and Justice and  is currently undertaking a certificate 3 in Business Administration (Legal).
